We need some set of rules regarding this. During the time of the last Senedd, I ended up dealing with a number of constituents who'd accepted places on courses, only to discover the courses were not going to be funded because they were being run not by the main college that organised it, but by other colleges, and the degrees were managed by and given by the other college. I think that we need to look at that in some detail, or the education committee needs to look at it in some detail.
