I would like to thank the emergency services, their partners and volunteers for their dedicated response to these incidents.

A multi-agency response involving Fire and Rescue Services, Natural Resources Wales, the military and Welsh Government is supporting affected communities.

Business Wales provides advice and recovery support for affected businesses, while the Development Bank of Wales offers fast-track loans. Support is also available to help businesses retain staff and, where redundancies are unavoidable, Careers Wales, Working Wales and Jobcentre Plus can help people find alternative employment.

The Welsh Government is also working with partners to strengthen wildfire prevention, preparedness and recovery, helping to protect communities, businesses, jobs and livelihoods and improve Wales's resilience to future wildfires.
