Pa ystyriaeth y mae'r Gweinidog Cabinet wedi'u rhoi i adfer yr hawl i brynu, ond rhoi rhwymedigaeth gyfreithiol i adeiladu tai cymdeithasol i ddisodli'r rhai a werthwyd?
The Welsh Government has no plans to restore the Right to Buy. The scheme was abolished in Wales in January 2019 to help protect social housing stock and ensure homes remain available for people in housing need for the long term.
My Written Statement of 13 July sets out my determination to increase the supply of social homes and our target to deliver 20,000 additional social homes by 2030.
We will be working with partners to limit sales, to those of properties where it is uneconomic to repair. The proceeds of these sales are recycled back into social housing.
Furthermore, any sales of homes provided for social rent or intermediate rent will be deducted from target delivery progress.
