In developing the Foundational Literacy and Numeracy Plan, we are drawing on a range of effective practice, including approaches being taken elsewhere in the UK and internationally. Officials continue to engage with counterparts in other governments to share learning and ensure that the plan supports improved literacy and numeracy outcomes for all learners in Wales.
