Pa sylwadau y mae Llywodraeth Cymru wedi'u gwneud ynglŷn â thanddaearu'r cynllun trosglwyddo arfaethedig o Efyrnwy i Frankton, gan gynnwys ystyried effaith bosibl peilonau uwchben ar dirweddau a chymunedau gwledig Sir Drefaldwyn?
The Vyrnwy to Frankton transmission scheme will be decided by the UK Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero under the Planning Act (2008) Development Consent Order (DCO) process.
Once an application to the UK Government has been made for a DCO, the Welsh Government will submit a consultation response. I expect all developers, when developing projects in Wales to consider Welsh policies, including any impacts or potential benefits for local communities at the early design stage. I also expect the Secretary of State to have regard to Welsh policies when deciding on whether to approve DCOs.
