Sut y bydd y Gweinidog Cabinet yn sicrhau ymgysylltiad priodol ag undebau staff a defnyddwyr gwasanaethau yn ystod arolwg o gyflwr Ysbyty Athrofaol Cymru er mwyn sicrhau bod unrhyw gynlluniau i ailadeiladu'r ysbyty yn cael eu llywio gan brofiadau cleifion a staff ar y safle?
Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is the statutory body responsible for planning and delivering healthcare services across its area, including at the University Hospital of Wales. As part of its consideration of future options for the site, I expect the Health Board to engage appropriately with staff, trade unions, patients and service users, to inform any proposals that may come forward. Any proposals for future investment in NHS infrastructure must be considered within the wider context of the £1.4bn estate maintenance backlog inherited from the previous Government. (Saesneg yn unig)
