The main funding streams for the target are the Social Housing Grant and the Transitional Accommodation Capital Programme.
In addition to traditional grant funding, the Welsh Government seeks to utilise alternative funding streams to support the delivery of affordable housing.
We are also establishing Unnos that will work closely with local authorities and housing associations to facilitate access to funding and help schemes to secure investment. (Saesneg yn unig)
