The recommendations of the Independent Commission on the Constitutional Future of Wales set out the immediate priorities for constitutional reform. This Government has an ambitious agenda for change, including ensuring that we have the powers we need to deliver for the people of Wales. I shall set out my thinking on further devolution in the near future.
