Three payments were made to Miller research in December 2025 relating to the following activity: Innovation Strategy Scoping Study; Evaluation of the Intensive Learning Academy Programme and Synthesis of Evidence and Data Relating to the Children (Abolition of Defence of Reasonable Punishment)(Wales) Act 2020.
