The Deposit Return Scheme is being set up under ‘The Deposit Scheme for Drinks Containers (Wales) Regulations 2026’ which the Senedd passed on 24 March 2026. The scheme will build on Wales’ recycling performance with glass being included when practically feasible and with relevant exemptions to prevent added costs for small businesses. (Saesneg yn unig)
