A wnaiff yr Ysgrifennydd Cabinet gadarnhau na fydd unrhyw ganolfannau Ambiwlans Awyr Cymru yn cau nes bod cerbydau ffyrdd ychwanegol yn cael eu cyflwyno ar gyfer canolbarth Cymru, fel y cytunwyd gan Gyd-bwyllgor Comisiynu GIG Cymru yn dilyn ei benderfyniad i gau canolfannau ambiwlans awyr yn y Trallwng a Chaernarfon yn barhaol?
Decisions about base facilities are made by the Wales Air Ambulance Charity.
The NHS Wales Joint Commissioning Committee (JCC) is responsible, on behalf of health boards, for commissioning emergency ambulance services from the Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust.
The trust is carrying out a review of how emergency ambulance services operate in rural areas, which will help shape updated JCC proposals for Mid Wales including how service models are adapted to align with the revised National Emergency Ambulance Services Performance Framework, which emphasises patient outcomes and clinical needs.
This will be central to developing a refreshed proposal in relation to recommendation four. The JCC has been clear this will be considered alongside the development of its annual plan for 2026–27. (Saesneg yn unig)
