The position remains the same as per my previous answer to you in December 2025 (WQ97848).
This scheme is being developed by National Highways, and we continue to engage with them regularly on cross-border improvements. National Highways have published their Draft Road Investment Strategy 3 (RIS3) - GOV.UK and their final RIS3 is expected no later than March 2026 which should confirm the status of the Pant to Llanymynech Bypass.
