The local authorities engaging with Larder Cymru are as follows:

Caerphilly, Gwynedd, Rhondda Cynon Taff, Torfaen and the Vale of Glamorgan are modernising the school dining experience aimed at increasing uptake by trialling youth‑friendly service formats that incorporate fresh Welsh produce.

Caerphilly, Cardiff, Gwynedd, Flintshire, Wrexham and Ynys Môn are reviewing menus to increase visibility and volume of Welsh produce in school meals.

Caerphilly, Conwy and Powys are growing skills and confidence of cooks, so they understand their value and the importance of using more fresh Welsh produce.

Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Gwynedd and Wrexham are collaborating on procurement of fresh Welsh produce across North Wales.

Conwy, Denbighshire, Gwynedd and Ynys Môn are developing a collaborative multi‑authority equipment library.
