The business case to establish the Llandudno orthopaedic hub focused on the capital requirements to deliver the building. Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is currently in receipt of £34m of planned care recovery monies which are to be used to meet the annual revenue costs of this facility. (Saesneg yn unig)
