Pa drafodaethau y mae'r Ysgrifennydd Cabinet yn eu cael gyda'r Coleg Nyrsio Brenhinol a'r BMA ynglŷn â rhoi terfyn ar ofal mewn coridor?
I refer you to my response to the debate about petition P-06-1534 ‘End corridor care in Wales’ on 10 December, in which I set out the work the Welsh Government and NHS Wales is undertaking.
I have not met representatives of the BEDS campaign. I understand Dr Osborne has raised his concerns with the chief executive of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.
I meet the Royal College of Nursing and the British Medical Association regularly and have also discussed this issue with the Royal College of Emergency Medicine.
As I said in the debate, our goal is to eliminate this practice through system-wide reform. Eradicating care in undesignated or non-clinical environments will not be a simple quick fix. It requires co-ordinated action across health and social care. We are committed to working with the NHS, local government and social care to ensure people receive the right care, in the right place and at the right time. (Saesneg yn unig)
