For the financial years 2019-2024, the Sustainable Communities for Learning programme (previously known as 21st Century Schools and Colleges) has invested Welsh Government funds of £58,103,283 in schools within the Flintshire local authority area. Of this, £35,624,218 is directly attributable to specific school projects, as detailed in Table 1 below.
An additional £22,479,065 of WG funds has been invested in schools in Flintshire during the same period, but this funding was distributed by the Local Authority and is not linked to individual school projects.
A further £6,681,382 of WG funds has been invested in Flintshire in the 2025-26 financial year (as of December 2025).
