Faint y mae trwydded genedlaethol Microsoft 365 Cymru ar gyfer ysgolion a gynhelir yn ei gostio bob blwyddyn?
The Welsh Government has extended the national Microsoft M365 licence for a further three years, from 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2028, at an average annual cost of £3.424 million.
A national Microsoft 365 licence has been centrally funded since 2018 and enables every teacher and individual learner in maintained schools to have equitable access to the latest Microsoft 365 applications, both at school and at home.
The national agreement removes the commercial and financial burden from individual schools, while achieving economies of scale, and helps support schools to maximise the benefits of digital technology in education.
