Our Welsh Language Communities Housing Plan, through its Perthyn project, supports community groups to create social enterprises or community led-housing projects. Perthyn is an early intervention project that provides specialist advice and support to community groups as well as a grant scheme of £10,000 to help with initial costs.
Twenty-three community-led housing projects have been supported, and twenty-eight new social enterprises have been created to date.
