We are working in social partnership with unions and NHS organisations to create an Anti-Sexual Harassment Policy which we expect to be published shortly.
This policy not only sets out mandatory and recommended training requirements for staff but also serves as a foundation for fostering a workplace culture rooted in equality, professionalism, and respect.
The training is essential to ensure that all employees fully understand the policy and comply with its provisions. It also aims to empower staff to recognise, prevent, and appropriately respond to incidents of sexual harassment, to work toward promoting a safer and more inclusive working environment.
