A wnaiff yr Ysgrifennydd Cabinet gadarnhau a oes adolygiad o ddeddfwriaeth anghenion dysgu ychwanegol Llywodraeth Cymru yn cael ei gynnal, ac os felly, beth yw dyddiad cau yr adolygiad hwn, a sut y gall unigolion a sefydliadau gyfrannu ato?
There is currently a review of the additional learning needs legislation. I have requested evidence from the Education Tribunal Wales, local authorities, local health boards, further education institutions, early years, teaching unions, representatives of the third sector and parents. Their responses are expected by 31 March. I have updated the Senedd Children, Young People and Education Committee on the review and welcome their continued involvement.
I expect to update the Senedd on the progress and findings of the review by early July 2025.
