I am having ongoing discussions with the Exchequer Secretary to the Treasury in relation to our request for the devolution of relevant powers to introduce a Vacant Land Tax in Wales. I anticipate these discussions will allow us to move forward with the devolution of the relevant powers following the stalled discussions with the previous UK Government.
