A wnaiff yr Ysgrifennydd Cabinet ddatganiad ynghylch pryd y bydd yr holl newidiadau i'r terfyn cyflymder, fel 20mya, yn cael eu diweddaru ar systemau gwybodaeth terfynau cyflymder er mwyn sicrhau bod systemau llywio yn arddangos y terfynau cyflymder cywir yng Nghymru?

The Welsh Government makes information available regarding speed limit changes in Wales to companies who provide navigation systems, so they can incorporate changes onto their maps should they wish to do so. We have no control over when such companies subsequently choose to update them.

Drivers should not rely on in-vehicle navigation systems to determine how fast to drive. They should pay full attention to road conditions and signage. If they see streetlights, they should assume that the speed limit is 20mph, unless signs say otherwise. These streets are usually in residential or built-up areas. Roads on which the speed limit is 30mph will have signs saying this.
