Two Welsh Government officials from the central Climate Change team attended COP29 – the Head of Green Growth, who is a Grade 6, and Carbon Budget Policy Manager, who is a Senior Executive Officer.
The costs were as follows;
Flights from Heathrow Airport - £1660.00
UK Government Approved Hotel, Baku - £4800.00
Travel & Subsistence - £378.62
