Information on the effectiveness of the Claim What’s Yours communication campaign is regularly shared with stakeholders. The evaluation of the campaign delivered between December 2023 to March 2024, demonstrated that during the campaign period:
- there were 71,854 clicks on the Claim What’s Yours creative messages on social media platforms;
- 6,926 calls were made to the Welsh Government funded Advicelink Cymru helpline – (representing a 100% increase on call volumes to the helpline compared to a period when the campaign is not live); and,
- people contacting the Advicelink Cymru helpline were supported to gain a total of £2,119,608 additional household income.
The latest Claim What’s Yours communication campaign went live on the 1 November with a focus on Pension Credit with the campaign ending in March 2025. The outcome of the campaign will be shared with stakeholders in May 2025.
