As referenced in my reply to WQ94757, the Health Board has been asked to consider options around phasing the proposed development with funding from a range of sources, including traditional NHS capital and the Integration and Rebalancing Capital Fund. Once the revised proposal is received, my officials will scrutinise and provide advice for my consideration.
