There are no set budgets specifically for central reservations repairs or upgrades. The Capital Safety Fence Programme budget covers all safety fencing across the Strategic Road Network, not just central reservations and for the financial year 24/25 is c£5million pounds.
The Welsh Government sets budgets for the Strategic Road Network against asset condition repair or upgrade need and will be to address a number of issues including asset condition and safety improvements.
