I will be attending the Building Safety Strategic Stakeholder Group in early October to meet members, which include representatives from all sectors, including developers, managing agents, and leaseholders.
My expectation is where works are carried out, residents and leaseholders are kept informed of progress and works are carried out swiftly and with minimal disruption so far as it is possible.
