Pa gamau y mae yr Ysgrifennydd Cabinet yn eu cymryd i sicrhau triniaeth brydlon a chefnogaeth barhaus i unigolion sydd â chyflyrau croen anghyffredin fel morffea?
Morphoea is a well-recognised condition that we expect general practice to identify and refer to dermatology outpatient care. Patients with mild or very localised disease may be given topical treatments and discharged to primary care for ongoing management. Patients with more widespread disease may be offered other treatments, such as photodynamic therapy, and may require support from specialist dermatology services over the longer term.
The National Planned Care Programme has established a dermatology clinical implementation network to support outpatient service transformation and recovery from the impact of the pandemic.
