A wnaiff yr Ysgrifennydd Cabinet amlinellu sut mae plismona cymunedol yn gweithio ar y cyd â Heddlu Gogledd Cymru i fynd i'r afael â'r sefyllfa lle mae pobl sy'n agored i niwed yn dioddef cogio yn Sir Ddinbych?

Although policing is a reserved area, the Welsh Government is providing over £15m of funding for Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs) in 2024-25. This is funding over and above what forces in England have access to, demonstrating our commitment to keeping Welsh communities safe from practices such as cuckooing. The tasking and deployment of PCSOs is led by police forces, who have operational independence in order to meet the needs of the communities they serve.
