The North Wales Regional Safeguarding Board have commissioned a Child Practice Review (CPR). This independent review will consider the involvement of relevant agencies, identify learning, and make recommendations to improve future safeguarding practice.
While we are willing to fully support and engage with the review, we do not participate in them and are not permitted to influence their outcomes or recommendations. It is important that we learn lessons from a CPR and ensure that appropriate measures are put in place without delay to prevent such occurrences in the future.
