My officials have recently met with the NHBC to discuss issues such as the collapse of a construction company and the actions being taken by NHBC to support any impacted homeowners in Wales. The NHBC also shares data and intelligence with the Welsh Government.
Through our House builders Engagement Programme I meet regularly with SMEs, major house builders and industry representatives to discuss challenges facing the sector and actions that could be undertaken to support house building in Wales.
