The decision on a preferred location will be made at the Outline Business Case (OBC) stage. This would follow consideration of a range of options within the OBC including potential locations. As Hywel Dda University Health Board is currently preparing the Strategic Outline Case at this moment in time, it is too early to suggest a likely timescale for a decision around the location.
