Our Bus Network Grant and Bus Services Support Grant is given to Local Authorities to allow them to procure essential bus services in their area. Regional planning teams continue to meet, comprising of local authorities, bus companies and Transport for Wales in order to provide the most effective bus network in the region from the funding available.
South-West Wales have received £15.253m of funding from Welsh Government for FY2024-2025 to support the provision of local bus services in the region, £2.262m of which has been allocated to Pembrokeshire County Council. In addition to this approximately £3m is also provided to support TrawsCymru services in the region.
