The Welsh Government continues to engage with delivery partners to explore where any barriers may be limiting delivery of the breakfast offer and identify opportunities to improve the service and encourage take-up.
Our guidance is clear that wraparound childcare is a separate provision. It will not affect our offer to primary school pupils to have the opportunity of receiving a free, healthy breakfast before the start of school each day.
