The Welsh Government’s Remote Working strategy was developed by the Minister for Economy, Deputy Minister for Climate Change and the Deputy Minister for Social Partnership.
This allowed us to agree a cross-government approach that emphasises choice and the need for consideration of individual as well as organisational needs.
