A wnaiff y Gweinidog roi'r wybodaeth ddiweddaraf am gynnydd nodau mis Ionawr 2024 Llywodraeth Cymru o fewn y cynllun gweithredu cenedlaethol ar gyfer y gweithlu?

All actions assigned to the Welsh Government for completion in January 2024 have been achieved aside from two:
- Welsh Government will work with NHS Wales organisations to develop and implement best practice and compassionate roster management and work scheduling across NHS Wales to enable people to plan their working time in advance and reduce last minute use of Agency shifts.
- Welsh Government will work with partners to deliver a nurse preceptorship scheme to support newly qualified nurses and use the model to develop similar schemes across other professional groups.
These actions relate to work that is being taken forward via the Wales Partnership Forum along with many other non-pay elements of the 2022-23 pay deal; a final delivery review has been agreed for the end of March 2024.
