Natural Resources Wales (NRW) publishes its regulatory principles online at Natural Resources Wales / Our Regulatory Principles, which includes consideration of the role of inspections.
My officials and I meet with NRW on a regular basis to discuss the delivery of all its core functions, including at least once a quarter to monitor and analyse its progress in meeting agreed objectives detailed in NRW’s Annual Business Plan.
