The Welsh-medium capital grant funds capital projects dedicated to supporting and growing the use of the Welsh language in education in line with delivery partners’ Welsh in Education Strategic Plans (WESPs).
Whilst Welsh Medium provision can be included in the Band B Capital Programme (at the usual intervention rates 65% standard, 75% special schools and 85% voluntary aided) the funding available via the Welsh Medium Capital Grant is 100% Welsh Government funded.
