Pa drafodaethau y mae Llywodraeth Cymru wedi'u cael gydag Asiant Cefnffyrdd Gogledd a Chanolbarth Cymru ynghylch arwyddion Aberdovey a osodwyd yn ddiweddar ger Pont Dyfi, Machynlleth, ac a fydd ymdrechion yn cael eu gwneud i roi arwyddion gydag Aberdyfi yn lle?

Officials have not discussed the issue with North and Mid Wales Trunk Road Agent as they were not the responsible party for erecting the new sign.

My officials have discussed this with the lead destination local authority – Gwynedd – whose preference is to only use the Welsh name. Arrangements are now being made for the sign to say Aberdyfi.

It should be noted that both names have been included on the sign so therefore the removal of Aberdovey will not mean Aberdyfi is un-signposted.
