On 29 November 2023, James Evans MS led a short debate in the Senedd on the importance of grass roots rugby in communities. It was a debate I welcomed and the transcript of that debate can be found here. During my closing speech I included specific examples of what the Welsh Government is doing to support grassroots rugby across Wales.
