The Welsh Government does not hold data on where people are the least able to access digital health services specifically.

However, the National Survey for Wales 2022-23 has identified that 7% of adults aged 16 and over living in Wales do not personally use the internet and are digitally excluded. Those most likely to be digitally excluded include older people (32% of those aged 75 and over), disabled people (10%) and those living in social housing (12%). Geographically, the National Survey for Wales has identified Isle of Anglesey (15%), Swansea (13%) and Powys (10%) as having the highest rates of people who do not personally use the internet.
