We have provided an update on Ynni Cymru in the annual report https://www.gov.wales/co-operation-agreement-annual-report-2022-to-2023-html
We are currently developing the business case for Ynni Cymru, which will outline its scope, remit, and parameters of work.
This work is being carried out in collaboration with Sian Gwenllian MS, the Plaid Cymru designated member, as part of the Co-operation Agreement between the Welsh Government and Plaid Cymru.
