In Wales racial equality is something we aspire to all year round through our ambitious and radical Anti-racist Wales Action Plan.
We support Race Equality Week as an annual UK-wide movement uniting thousands of organisations and individuals to address the barriers to race equality in the workplace. Its theme this year #ListenActChange chimes with our collective approach to tackling racial inequality in Wales and the message that race equality is everyone’s responsibility.
