Welsh Government officials are developing an evaluation framework for the 20mph policy which will explore the policy’s impact on modal shift.
In addition, questions will be included in future Welsh Government surveys (e.g. Transport Survey) that will ask members of the public to report changes in their own behaviours and attitudes regarding active travel and commuting, and the reasons for any changes in those behaviours and attitudes.
