The current Here to Help with the Cost of Living (Claim What’s Yours) communication campaign went live in November 2023 and creative messages will be delivered through all media channels until March 2024.
The targets are:
- An average 50% increase in people who contact Advicelink Cymru (compared to a typical month when the campaign was not running).
- People who contact Advicelink Cymru will gain a total of £2 million in additional household income .
- 120,000 visits to the Welsh Government self-help pages.
A full campaign evaluation will take place in April 2024.
The evaluation of the campaign that was delivered during the period October 2022 – March 2023, demonstrated the following:
- 7,565 calls were made to the Advicelink Cymru helpline, representing an 80% increase compared to a typical month when the campaign was not running.
- People contacting the Advicelink Cymru helpline during the campaign were supported to gain a total of £3.3 million additional household income.
