Vets may be requested by current XL Bully owners to euthanise their dog. Vets can refer to the RCVS Code of Conduct with regard to their professional responsibilities in carrying out euthanasia and seek advice from RCVS and/or the Veterinary Defence Society regarding any queries about their professional obligations.
