The changes to the clean energy revenue budget reflects a reclassification of expenditure from revenue to capital so do not represent an absolute reduction as described in the question. The clean energy revenue budget does not fund Welsh Government activity in nuclear energy.
The UK’s plans for the nuclear energy sector do not provide Wales with the clarity we need to take effective decisions for communities in Wales.
