The successful implementation of the LGBTQ+ Action Plan is crucial to the Welsh Government’s ambition to be the most LGBTQ+ friendly nation in Europe.
We remain fully committed to the wellbeing of all our LGBTQ+ communities and delivering the actions within the Plan. Many of the actions within the Plan will be jointly delivered with other policy areas or divisions of the Welsh Government as well as external partners. Officials continue to work with all partners to mitigate risks and ensure continued delivery of the commitments within the Action Plan.
In the light of the current financial situation delivery of some actions will need to be phased in over time to match the resources available.
