The successful implementation of the Anti-Racist Wales Action Plan (ArWAP) is crucial to the Welsh Government’s ambition to be an anti-racist nation by 20230. Tackling racism is part of the Co-operation Agreement between the Welsh Government and Plaid Cymru.
The Anti-Racist Wales Action Plan sets out the actions we are taking. An annual report considers progress in the first year of the ArWAP. Existing goals and actions within the ArWAP will be refreshed over time, considering what we have learned.
We remain committed to implementation of the ARWAP in full. However, in the light of the current financial situation delivery of some actions may be phased in over time to match the resources available.
