I have discussed the issues related to the strike action with NASUWT on a number of occasions. I have not met specifically met to discuss Pencoedtre High School as the Welsh Government is not directly involved in this dispute as it is a matter for the employing body to resolve with the Trade Union. We continue to work in partnership with all Trade Unions to address national issues.
